IELTS is the international test of English language proficiency for people who want to study or work where English is used. It measures the ability to use and understand written English. There are 4 tests in IELTS： Listening，Reading，Writing & Speaking．Each part is graded from 1-9 with 9 being the highest score．A score of 8 in each section is considered "good" while a score of 7 is "passable" with 6 being the minimum acceptable mark （in some cases this can be increased by 0.5 points if you're living/working in an English speaking country） The average IELTS scoring is as follows 当然啦，每个部分达到6分就相当于合格，想申请好学校的话一般需要7+的成绩。不过雅思成绩超过7分的同学也不要太开心！因为雅思7分只能说明你的英语达到了在英国留学生活的基本要求，想要申请一流名校，雅思7分远远不够！
牛津大学、剑桥大学这些顶级名校的托福平均录取成绩都在100分以上哦～ 在我们国内，雅思满分者是很少见的，大部分学生的雅思成绩在6-7分之间徘徊，能考出高分的人比例其实很小。据新东方教师统计，在北京地区考到口语8分的人数不足3%，而能在笔试各项拿到9分的更是不到2%。 所以能考出高分真的很厉害！ 如果各位小伙伴有目标分数的话可以拿来作为自己努力的方向哦~
