后面还有美研的offer吗？
有，当然有 - 虽然我今年早些申请季结束了所有的申请，但身边还是有同学拿到新 offer 的。不过比起往年，今年的新录取名额应该会少很多，因为整个留学圈的人其实都在减少。就我个人而言，我在去年申请季拿到了 EECS（电气工程与计算机科学）和 CMP（计算媒体）两个硕士项目的 offer.由于对这两个项目不是特别满意（尤其是 CMP 因为实在太水了所以没有接受），于是在今年申请季重新申请了。
本来一切顺利，在 12/3 拿到了 EECS 的 waitlist 通知，就在昨天，即 1/6，收到了 CMP 的官方邮件，被告知被正式录取了！（CMP 太烂所以之前只是等待确认）
另外，我的同学还拿到以下 offer (注：部分学校未标注具体专业)：
CS： （两个）
ECE： UMIUCs MSE， CMU’s HCI(？)
MISM： UMICH MISM Advanced Track(数据方向)
MSF： UW–Madison MSF
MAEDI： UMN MAEdi
Applied Math： UMN AMath
MIS： UMN MIS
Physics： UW–Madison MPhys
Chemistry： UIUC CHemistry
PS： PS is very unlikely to come through in the current scenario as just about everyone has stopped applying. I know of one person who received a conditional acceptance in May last year and was supposed to start this January but hasn't heard anything up till now.
The only way you can get an admission right now would be if there are no more available spots for the following year or if there are some cancelations because of visa issues etc. The latter seems quite likely given all the uncertainty around Trump's policy changes. My best guess would be that new admissions will not begin until mid-2020 at the earliest unless there are significant changes in immigration policies by then.
